By using the Winn BD (winnbd.net) website, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Winn BD and its users. Every user is responsible for complying with all terms stated herein.

• These terms are governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Winn BD is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account with Winn BD. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account.
• The same mobile number, email address, or payment method cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• The name and details provided at registration will be used for subsequent KYC verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to support immediately.

Account Security

Never share your account login details with anyone. Winn BD will never ask for your password over a call or message. If anyone requests your password, treat it as a scam attempt.

Winn BD is for users aged 18 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

Documents Required for KYC Verification

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• A recent selfie holding your NID card
• Payment Method Verification — Mobile Pay/Nagad Number Confirmation

KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal. Verification is typically processed within 24 hours, and once completed, it does not need to be repeated.

Deposits and withdrawals on Winn BD are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per transaction (up to ৳5,00,000 for bank transfers)
• After a deposit, your balance is usually updated within 5–15 minutes
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits from another person's Mobile Pay/Nagad account are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests per day are allowed (separate limits apply for VIP members)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes
• Withdrawals are not permitted without completing KYC verification
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Welcome bonuses typically require a wagering amount of 10–30x the deposit.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per household or device.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Winn BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Wagering Calculation

Wagering requirements mean you must place a certain amount in bets using bonus funds before you can withdraw. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wager requirement means you need to bet ৳10,000 in total.

All betting activity on Winn BD must comply with the platform's established rules. No bets may be placed on an event after its result has been announced.

• The maximum bet limit for each event is clearly displayed on the platform.
• Winn BD reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If you experience a connection issue during live betting, wait until you receive bet confirmation before taking further action.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be reported to support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winn BD. Any involvement in these activities will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or Operating Multiple Accounts
• Opening an account using a false identity
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Hacking, manipulation, or exploiting any technical vulnerability
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transfer of funds
• Accessing or Using Another Person's Account
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party

Winn BD reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, including violations of these terms.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions
• KYC Verification Failure or Providing False Information
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• User's Own Request
• Self-Exclusion under Responsible Gaming Policy

Any eligible balance will be refunded before an account is closed — unless the closure is due to a terms violation. In the case of a violation, all balances may be forfeited.

Winn BD believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not problems. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of every player.

• You can set your own deposit limits at any time.
• If needed, you can suspend your account for a set period — 7 days, 1 month, or permanently.
• If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please contact support immediately.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to log in for the specified period.
